How to use: For a relaxing effect, use 3 tablespoons of salt per half a bathtub of water. If you're looking for a more intense relaxation, for example after physical exertion, increase the amount to 50g of salt per 5 liters of water. In all cases, the recommended water temperature is 35-38 degrees Celsius. The bath should last up to an hour.
