Ingredients

freeze-dried orange (Citrus sinensis L.)(17.5%), freeze-dried lemon (Citrus limon L.)(17.5%).

Method of use and dosage

METHOD OF PREPARATION

Place 1 teaspoon of the herb (5g) in a mug and pour 200ml of hot water (approx. 95°C). Cover and steep for 7-10 minutes.

If you prefer a stronger infusion, you can also prepare it in the proportion of 2 teaspoons of dried herb per 200 ml of water.
