Ingredients

dried and crushed organic hemp leaves (Cannabis sativa L.) (45%), freeze-dried raspberry (Rubus idaeus) (15%), dried blueberry (Myrtylli fructus) (15%), freeze-dried cherry (Prunus Cerasus) (15%), hibiscus flower (Hibiscus sabdariffa) (10%).

Method of use and dosage

METHOD OF PREPARATION

Place 1 teaspoon of the herb (5g) in a mug and pour 200ml of hot water (approx. 95°C). Cover and steep for 7-10 minutes.

If you prefer a stronger infusion, you can also prepare it in the proportion of 2 teaspoons of dried herb per 200 ml of water.
