Returns and complaints

The Buyer's right to withdraw from the Contract is limited. The consumer does not have the right to withdraw from the contract without giving a reason if the Buyer has opened the sealed packaging of goods that cannot be returned after opening due to health protection or hygiene reasons in accordance with the provisions of the Act: Art. 38 of the Act of 30 May 2014 on Consumer Rights: The consumer does not have the right to withdraw from a contract concluded off-premises or at a distance in relation to contracts: 5) in which the subject of the service is an item delivered in a sealed package that cannot be returned after opening due to health protection or hygiene reasons, if the packaging was opened after delivery.

The Buyer has 14 days to withdraw from the Agreement by sending a parcel containing the returned goods and an e-mail to the following address: Cosma SA, ul. Bohaterów Września 6, 26-910 Magnuszew info@cosma.store titled RETURN. The Buyer should include a declaration of withdrawal from the distance contract in the body of the message. The declaration must include the following content:

1. “I declare that, in accordance with Article 27 of the Act of 30 May 2014 on consumer rights (Journal of Laws of 2014, item 827), I am withdrawing from the sales contract for the following goods:”
2. indication of the goods subject to return by providing:
1. name of the product,
2. quantity of goods purchased,
3. date of purchase of the goods,
4. date of receipt of goods
3. providing the Buyer's personal data
4. indication of the bank account number to which the refund is to be made

A copy of the message sent electronically should be attached to the shipment.
