    Cosma Sleep Through the Night Oil:green hemp seed oil containing omega-3 and omega-6 acids, valerian root extract, lemon balm herb extract; hemp phytonutrients, rosemary herb extract.

    Organic lemon balm tea: dried and crushed hemp leaves (Cannabis Sativa L) - [60%] ORGANIC, lemon balm (Melissa officinalis L) - [40%] ORGANIC.

    Natural shot Energy Boost:Glucose 1333 mg, Magnesium Citrate 15% 889 mg, Taurine 500 mg, Guarana Root Extract 300 mg, Panax Ginseng Root Extract 200 mg, Yerba Mate Leaf Extract 100 mg (including caffeine 8 mg), Vitamin B3 14.2 mg, Hemp Phytochemicals 10 mg, Sucralose 6.7 mg, Vitamin B5 5.3 mg, Vitamin B6 2.5 mg, Vitamin B12 0.4 mg

    Method of use and dosage

    Cosma Good Mood Oil:Shake well before use. Take orally, under the tongue, 1-6 doses 30 minutes before bedtime. After 1 minute, drink water. Do not exceed the daily dose. The package contains at least 150 doses.

    Lemon balm tea: Place 1 teaspoon of dried herb (5g) in a cup and pour 200ml of hot water (approx. 95°C). Cover and steep for 7-10 minutes.

    Natural shot Energy Boost:Recommended daily dose required to obtain the product's beneficial effects: take orally, 80 ml daily. Do not exceed the recommended daily dose. Shake well before use.
