    Cosma Gluko Fit Oil:green hemp seed oil containing omega-3 and omega-6 acids, white mulberry leaf extract, Indian gooseberry fruit extract, yerba mate herb extract, hemp phytonutrient, rosemary herb extract.

    Collagen - 300 mg

    Method of use and dosage

    Cosma Oil for Muscles and Joints:Shake well before use. Take 1-6 doses daily, orally under the tongue. After 1 minute, drink water. Do not exceed the daily dose. The package contains at least 150 doses.

    Echinacea tea: Place 1 teaspoon of dried herb (5g) in a cup and pour 200ml of hot water (approx. 95°C). Cover and steep for 7-10 minutes.

    Natural shot Chill and Relax:Recommended daily dose required to obtain the product's beneficial effects: take orally, 80 ml daily. Do not exceed the recommended daily dose. Shake well before use.
