Garlic bulb extract 

  • Garlic (Allium sativum) is one of the most studied herbal supplements. In the United States, it is primarily used to reduce hypercholesterolemia and hypertension. Studies have shown it to have hepatoprotective, neuroprotective, and antioxidant properties. In several studies, S-allylcysteine (SAC), a compound found in garlic, has demonstrated neuroprotective and cardioprotective properties by inhibiting cell damage in the heart, neurons, and endothelium. Garlic has been shown to reduce blood pressure and cardiovascular events in patients with severe hypertension.
  • Allicin is a compound found in garlic that is released when chopped or crushed. A daily dose of 0.5 to 1.5 g of allicin significantly reduced HbA1c levels in type 2 diabetics over 12 weeks.
  • Active substances in garlic increase the activation of macrophages, which improves the body's response to bacterial infection and alleviates its symptoms.

Rosehip fruit extract (Rosa canina, rosehip)

  • Rosehip fruit is a rich source of vitamins. Its main component is L-ascorbic acid (vitamin C), but it also contains other vitamins, including B1, B2, PP, A, E, and K, carotenoids such as α-, β-, and γ-carotenes, zeaxanthin, lycopene, polycislycopene A and B, rubixanthin, taraxanthin, zanthaxanthin, and lutein, as well as polyphenolic compounds.
  • Thanks to these ingredients, rosehips have a strengthening, anti-inflammatory, nourishing, diuretic, anti-allergic, slightly choleretic, antitussive, calming, antimicrobial effect and strengthen blood vessels.
